Many of the boys who arrive at Toogoolawa are behind in their schoolwork. The need to fast-track the boys' education in order to bring them up to a standard where they can return to school or other forms of study requires intensive LOGOacademic attention.

Toogoolawa's teacher-student ratio is one teacher for four children, which is enormously expensive. Ongoing financial help is required for the Toogoolawa Schools project to continue. The surge of enquiries has meant Toogoolawa needs to take on more teachers to meet demand.

There are a number of ways for individuals or companies to contribute to the essential work conducted by the Toogoolawa Schools. These are outlined below.

 From time to time Toogoolawa becomes involved in 'one-off' fund raising activities. These can include events such as our annual bike challenge or special auctions.  Other suggestions for support include setting up a business or enterprise with profits feeding back to Toogoolawa, or having John Fitzgerald speak at your next business event and donating to Toogoolawa instead of paying his speaking fee.
